Here Comes the Sun – and a Brand New Jewel in the Northern Crown 6/20

A short presentation at 5:00 about the Sun – how it works, and how we can watch it happen – and on the expected outburst of recurrent nova T CrB, followed by solar views (weather permitting) from 5:45 to 6:45 as part of the Garden After Hours 21+ series at The Growing Place, 25w471 Plank Rd, Naperville.
Grab a solstice-themed drink and a bite to eat from Cousins Maine Lobster truck (lobster rolls, tacos, whoopee pies and quesadillas), learn a bit about our own little star, and see it in a way you’ve never seen before (if the clouds don’t get in the way)!

This event is being presented by another organization.
