Great-Grandpa's Astronomy
Presenter: Drew Carhart
Member Drew Carhart, who has become somewhat antique himself, has an enthusiasm for Victorian era books about stargazing and astronomy. For our March 21st Astronomy Fundamentals program, he will share some fun, and perhaps eye-opening findings about what some of these pocket books and tomes contain. How much different were folks back then from you? Come and discover some connections that you might not know that you have to the past.
The public is welcome to attend, free of charge.
