What to consider when building a remote observatory
Presenter: Eric Claeys
Location: Streamed online.
If you’re considering building a remote observatory, this presentation will give you some ideas of things to consider. For example, how will you ensure it’s secure? What happens if the power goes out?
Although this talk is geared toward remote observatories, many of the tips will also apply to local observatories as well, for example, one in your backyard.
Eric recently had an observatory built in New Mexico by someone who has built several remote observatories.
This event is open to the public and free of charge.
