Messier Marathon – What is it, How to do one?

Charles Messier was a comet hunter in the 1700’s who found many objects that weren’t comets. He recorded them and the 110 objects are now favorites for star gazers since they are observable in amateur-sized scopes.
Steve’s talk will discuss what the marathon is and how to do one.
