The Planets in 2022
Presenter: Jeffrey Hunt
Location: Streamed online.
2022 promises exciting opportunities to watch the planets dance in the sky. Beginning with Mars, watch all the bright planets step into the eastern morning sky.
Conjunctions among brilliant Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn will be visible before sunrise. Near the summer solstice, Mercury joins them, along with the moon, for a five-planet extravaganza. The dimmer planets in the “classic 9” solar system are visible starting with Pluto after midnight.
Join us when Jeffrey Hunt discusses these events as well as other planetary wonders happening next year.
