Beginners' Guide to Telescope Mounts
Presenter: Rick Gering, NAA
Experienced stargazers will note that there are 3 main things you need to have to do rewarding stargazing with a telescope: a good ‘scope, a good eyepiece, and a good mount to allow you to successfully point the telescope, and to hold it steadily while you view. Rick will discuss the commonly available types of mounts, and how to pick the best one for you.
The public is welcome to attend, free of charge.
