Summer Family Program #2: The Interactive Solar System
Presenter: NAA members
For our summer Fundamentals programs, we’re presenting topics which will be fun for the whole family. For the second installment, we’ll be using models and hands-on involvement of our audience to demonstrate some of the motions and mechanics of our Solar System. What causes the phases of the Moon? How do eclipses happen? How big is our Solar System? These questions and more will be answered for inquisitive people of all ages.
The public is welcome to attend, free of charge.
This event is open to the public and free of charge.
